Nick Bodie
 

I am a commercial real estate professional with more than 30 years of experience in Canada, the UK, and South Africa. After graduating from BCIT’s Marketing Management program with a specialization in real estate, I began my career in Vancouver with Goddard & Smith International Realty in the 1990s. There, I had the opportunity to contribute to major transactions, including the $91-million sale of the BC Gas Building.

In 1996, I moved to Johannesburg to manage acquisition and development projects for TA Properties. A few years later, I joined Kenningtons Chartered Surveyors in London, where I focused on the sale and acquisition of commercial properties across the UK. From 2005 to 2011, I served as Property Director with the Cambian Group, leading investments and developments in healthcare and education facilities.

Since returning to British Columbia in 2012, I have worked in both public and private sectors and am now licensed as a commercial realtor.

 

I currently represent the owner of this major aviation industrial development, overseeing all sale, lease, and rental matters.
